Booking CONFIRMATION on 50% advance payment. -**PLEASE NOTE RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL -**PAYMENT IS
RECEIVED. ** FIRST COME FIRST SERVE - remaining balance
60 days prior to arrival. If the final payment is not received within 5 days from the due date
the reservation will be automatically cancelled. - A $200 security deposit (refundable),
is required upon check in. This money will be reimbursed at check out, after the rental manager does a walk through the villa.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: Most major credit cards (4% transaction fee applies),
& Certified checks.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: From the time your reservation
is made, up until 60 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit is 50% refundable. If cancellation is made 60 days or less from
your reserved dates, the FULL amount is NON REFUNDABLE, if the villa can be rebooked for those dates 50% will be refunded.
