Villa Rosalba has two spacious units which are seperate from each other. Both units are approximately 1300-1400 square feet. There are a total of 3 bedrooms per unit- there are TWO master bedroom's, (which sleep two comfortably). The third room has two single beds. There is a full size kitchen with refrigerator and stove, dining room, and full bathroom (with blowdryer's). For your convenience, both units include a washing machine with drying racks. There is also OVERNIGHT private parking (to fit 3 cars) inside the villa grounds, which is enclosed by an automatic gate. We do request that during the day you park OUTSIDE the villa. The yard is 7532 square feet, with beautiful roses, magnolias, fruit trees, and small vineyard.
